Title I School-Level Family Engagement Policy

(Revised September 2025-26)

NHCS Family Engagement Policy Alderman Elementary’s School Level Family Engagement Policy is created and revised with input from the school’s Family & Community Engagement Committee, a sub-committee of our School Improvement Team comprised of staff members and parents.

We seek parent input through surveys, family engagement activities, School Improvement Team Meetings, and Volunteer Orientations. Our policy is included in our Student Handbook and is posted on our school’s website. The purpose/vision of our policy is to engage our families as full partners in their children’s academic experiences.
