PBIS Expectations

PBIS stands for Positive Behavior Interventions and Support. Alderman Staff voted to implement PBIS at Alderman in the Spring of 2017 and began implementing PBIS in Fall 2017. PBIS helps to eliminate unwanted behaviors and promote positive behaviors. Alderman has 5 expectations as a school: respectful, responsible, safe, healthy and kind.
